First, I would just like to say how blessed and priviledged I feel for being able to work in my profession - I get to make people feel better! I am passionate about maintaining great health and I aim to make other people feel empowered to take control of their own well being.
Since I can remember I have always been interested in nutrition and believed that 'we are what we eat', but my interest in natural healing really took off when I had my first child 18 years ago. My baby had a succession of ear infections and the only treatment that was available from my GP was antibiotics, one course after another!
I decided to investigate more as to why the ear infections would reoccur, this journey led to food, and instead of taking more antibiotics we went to see a homeopath. The homeopathy cured the infection and we identified that cows milk was causing an allergic reaction, when we changed the milk no more ear infections occurred. Simple as that!
I decided to train as a naturopath and embarked on a five year course at the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine in London CLICK HERE. Naturopathy is a holistic form of treatment where we look at every aspect of a persons life from emotional, spiritual, physical and life style. We focus heavily on nutritional therapy, healing with food, this works in perfect harmony with my specialist therapy of homeopathy, natural medicine. Studying at this time while raising my two young daughters was a challenge - but I got to practice on us and lots of our friends while under supervision!
After finishing my 5 year course I then went on to work under the supervision of a very experienced homeopath of 30 years, Wendy Stuart, who has since retired, where I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience for a further 7 years and I am now a Registered Homeopath with the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths and the Register of Homeopaths.
Over the last 2 years I have integrated Bio-Energetic Health Screening into my clinic - with phenominal results! Bio-Energetics have brought about a wonderful new dimension to my treatments. As a Naturopath I have many therapy modalities at hand to incorporate into a personal treatment plan and I am very pleased to be using cutting-edge science technology alongside my natural therapies. This proves to be a dynamic, progressive treatment plan that fits perfectly into our modern, fast living of today.
I am committed to continual personal development, regularly attending seminars and courses to keep abreast of the latest developments in nutritional research and naturopathic treatment.

I have since gained a wide experience of treating babies, children and adults of all ages for various conditions, with special interest in womens health issues, allergies, asthma and eczema. I also see a lot of people with weight management issues, arthritis, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, menopause, chronic fatigue syndrome, depression and digestive disorders, cardiovascular disease and respiratory disease , to mention but a few and have great success with.
Fertility
Naturopathic treatment is of particular benefit when planning to have a baby, to improve fertility, and often clears any problems trying to conceive. Homeopathy is a gentle medicine with no side effects and perfectly safe to use while pregnant, during the birth and thereafter for baby and mother.
I treat all areas of health and also those people with no particular illness but know that they are not feeling as good as they should. A personal programme is recommended to reach an optimal level of health and vitality, with the emphasis on preventing future disease.
